We want you and your pet(s) to have the best experience possible at Moondoggie Spa. Your first appointment will be scheduled in order to best serve you as a new client.

Once you become a "regular" after a couple visits, we will have learned you and your pets' needs. If you maintain grooming yourself and/or come in frequently enough, you may be able to call/text to get in earlier.

At Moondoggie Spa, we want you to become a "regular". We don't want you to have to keep calling around to find a groomer "that day" because "it's an emergency". When you feel tension and pressure - so does your pet!

We undestand how valuable your time is and that things come up! The rescheduling/cancelation fee is $25 for an up to one-hour and $50 for a 2-hour appointment when you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, payable at the time of re-booking. There is NO FEE if you cancel 24 hours or more in advance - but please let us know ASAP!
