Our philosophy is simple...
No colors, chemicals or drugs in our practice. This means we use a natural soap for baths and do NOT offer flea treatments. We WILL however, use specialty shampoos you bring that your vet requires, but usually not anything "off the shelf" from the store, unless it is also natural and healthy with its ingredients.
We prefer to bring out the natural beauty of your breed, which may take longer. This means that shaving is a last resort for some breeds, but yes, we do shave for the heat and summer season. That's better for some dogs and breeds than others. We also realize that shaving is an important part of grooming for some breeds. We'd be happy to discuss your dog's unique needs. We offer tailored grooming per your instructions. This includes traditional cuts for the breeds.
We do not offer grooming services for cats except for nail trimming. We can do nails and baths for other pets including guinea pigs and rabbits (just ask about others!)
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our services, we offer a full refund.

When booking you agree that the rescheduling/cancelation fee is $25 for an up to one-hour and $50 for a 2-hour appointment when you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, payable at the time of re-booking. There is NO FEE if you cancel 24 hours or more in advance - but please let us know ASAP! Thank you for undestanding the value of our time...
